According to the AP (via the Cap Journal), workers at Tyson foods in Holcomb rejected an attempt to unionize by a 3 to 1 margin.
If Nancy Boyda had her way, the right of these workers to vote by secret ballot, and instead be subject to union bullying, would be taken away.

www.powerlineblog.com today has an explanation of this wretched bill. In it, unions are allowed to bypass elections altogether and just collect cards (yea, right) from a majority of workers to prove entitlement to collective reporesentation.
