No Surprises Here
After all her claims that she wanted to bring transparency to the Earmarking (pork spending) process, Nancy Boyda voted to block debate on Earmarks in the SCHIP bill . . . . proving once again she will vote lock step with the liberal Democrat leadership when they call on her . . . It's no wonder the Majority Leader came to Kansas for her, Steny Hoyer has Nancy Boyda in his hip pocket.

huh...just a silly procedural vote...and weren't there only like 3 earmarks in the bill? what was there to debate?
Why have ANY earmarks in the bill?
earmarks are good things
I don't have a problem with earmarks, I do have a problem with attaching them to a bill such as this, outside of the appropriations bill of jurisdiction.
