Nancy Boyda told 49 News that Defense Secretary Robert Gates "had praise for her." She was very "honored" to sit next to him at breakfast where she says he gushed about her brilliance.
Yeah right. It's called professional courtesy Nancy. If Gates said something nice to you it's because he was trying to get you to shut up and he hoped a compliment would do it (apparently it worked because you gushed about it on TV). You opposed (after you supported) the stated policy of the Administration to implement the surge in Iraq and you're part of the Democrat caucus who voted to tie up much needed funding for our soldiers in the field. Gates is not now, nor will he ever be, your biggest fan.
Get a clue.
