It seems Nancy Boyda caught the ire of the FEC for failing to properly report her loans from the 2004 campaign and then offered an pretty lame excuse as to why.
Again, maybe it was just Nancy making an honest mistake, but she and her husband were pretty critical of how Jim Ryun acted in Washington. If you live in a glass house, maybe you shouldn't throw stones? If you run for Congress, you should know the rules.
Judging by the way Nancy has paid attention to the rules since being elected to Congress, we're guessing if she doesn't like the rules, she doesn't worry about them.
